• Fabric weight: 5.3 oz/yd² (180 g/m²)

• Wide double-needle topstitch on the sleeves and bottom hems
• Self-fabric neck tape (inside, back of the neck)

The sizes correspond to a smaller size in the US market, so US customers should order a size up.

  • Deliveries & Returns

    We offer free UK deliveries when you spend over £50. Orders under £50 are charged at our standard £3.50 rate. 

    Orders are generally dispatched within 3-5 business days based on availability. However, during the Christmas period from November to December, our shipping times may be longer (5 to 7 business days).

    Please note that if you request to modify orders, your current order will be cancelled and a new order will be created.

    I-Gen Alpha will contact you with a follow-up email if there is an issue with the merchandise you have selected or if we need additional identification provided for credit verification. 

    SHIPPING TIME DOES NOT INCLUDE WEEKENDS AND HOLIDAYS.

    While we aim to dispatch orders as quickly as possible, there may be longer waiting times during busy periods or mail strikes. If you are not present when the delivery is made, you should get a card with your tracking number allowing you to pick up your order from your local depot.

    INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

    ​I-Gen Alpha  ships around the world using Royal mail and additional carriers, please select your destination at the checkout. International orders will typically be processed within 5-7 days. All duties and taxes payable on receipt of the goods will be charged to the recipient.  

    RETURNS POLICY 

    Returned items must be unused, in original packaging, with original garment tags still attached and without odour. Orders should be sent back to us within 14 days from receipt date. Returned goods can be exchanged if it wasn't bought on sale (this does not include original delivery costs). You are responsible for the cost of returning your order. ​I-Gen Alpha  has discretion to send back any used or damaged item.
